Default categories can be deactivated. Custom categories can also be edited or deleted.

Review category deletion

This deletes the custom branch below. Affected transaction assignments and rule targets become Unspecified. Transactions return to the unfinished list.

Original life vectors and historical audit records remain unchanged. Deleted category definitions disappear; inactive reference identities remain only to keep history readable.
